How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on 3 things: the number of guests you are expecting, the duration of your event and where your event is located. Our pricing includes everything - from staff and condiments to unlimited drinks for you and your guests while we are there. We never charge a per drink fee or add anything to your invoice after the event.
What do we need to provide?
All we need once you book is a place to plug in and some coffee drinkers! We'll bring the rest!
Anything we can add to the coffee bar?
We try to include it all when you book one of our specialty coffee bars, however, we know sometimes a little customization doesn't hurt. Signature drinks, custom printing, alternative brew methods... let's just meet up and talk about these things!
How much space do you need for the bar?
Our bars are 5ft wide and about 2.5 feet deep. We do need a bit of room to work so a 6 x 6 space normally covers it. We'd be happy to come by for a site visit just to be sure.

1. Detailed Business Planning
It will be important to get started on the right foot. With this first step, we will focus on the detailed business plan and all that go into making sure the foundation of your new business is in solid form.
2. Additional Processes
In this step, we will focus the details put together in the Business Plan to help get your product to market.
3. Training
Now that we have the plans together, we will begin focusing on how to run the business. From sales and receivables to making coffee and running your daily operations.
4. Opening Week
This is where the fun starts. This step is when we get the final details together, practice the set up and clean up and go over the small details of your new catering business. We spend a week at your location helping in whatever final details are left.
